Where I dropped off they were not friendly and took trailer and just slammed it after unhooking from my truck. They just asked me if was empty did not check. This makes me fill not sure if I rent here again. I felt confident when I picked up in West Virginia staff was amazing there.

Brian LThank you for Chance to comment It was clean but the driver door did not close properly It was a very noisy drive from the sound of the wind coming thru the door I should get a refund for this bad experience I am sure you will be fair and give us a refund or what you think is fair refund
DIRAR AThe truck was in working order, but it wasn’t swept out and had mud on the mats. The back of the truck was clean, though. The keys were easy to find. The store staff were friendly and helpful.
