The price per mile keeps going up and is now too expensive and if needed again will try to find another way to transport something and because of that will not use Uhaul again.....

GARY RHiccup at first, obtaining the equipment However, I was told on the phone that if I returned the equipment before the drop-off, I would be discounted for rental. I picked up in Catskill, NY on June 30. I rushed, given this information, to drop-off on July 3. My rental was until the 5th. After dropping off, I was told I could not get those days back - after pressing, I was told I could be given those 2 days back. I called the Uhaul and had the owner of the drop-off speak to them, validating drop-off I have yet to receive that discount applied.
