When arriving to the location, no one was there to assist . Called the number on the building, no answer. Number called back a few minutes later . Said that someone should be there . Had to go around the shop hunting someone . Finally got a guy . Not the most friendly Person at all. Returning. No one was there . Attempted to call the number back no one answered . Waiting 15-20 minutes no one showed up so had to drop the trailer and return via app.
JAMIE WThere was no one there during their posted operation hours. I called the number and got a voice mail. I ended up calling the place I picked it up and they explained what to do to check it back in even if no one was there...
RICHARD HThe U-Haul had not been cleaned after the last customer. The front cab had a shoe, a hair clip and other trash left behind. The back of the track had not been swept. Also. there was not much gas in the tank, so I had to get gas before we could leave for our destination.
MELINDA CLocation was great. The App however was another ordeal. The application for UHAUL did not work well, including checking in and the check out process.
