Customer service. The gentleman at the location was okay but the lady there was insanely rude right from the moment we walked in and only continued to be rude throughout the entire interaction.

The driveway leading to the drop-off location is completely blocked by construction.. There is a side avenue, next to the thai restaurant, so you can get there - but ONLY if you know about it. There is no signage for the detour. My husband picked me up and had no idea that side driveway was available - so most customers would also not know this. There was no one to help me return the vehicle. I also returned it 36 hours early and you didn't even bother to credit me with anything.
Margaret OIt is so easy to rent a u-haul. It used to be an annoying process, but u-haul has done a great job. Makes my life easier. (and I don't have to own my OWN pickup truck)
