Charged for the Coverage when I DECLINED it…. When arrived they didn’t have the truck I reserved on the website offered us another truck didn’t have that truck either….. then after an hour of this guy arguing with whom I assumed is his boss he finally got us a truck. Then when we came to return the truck the guy was just sitting at the desk sleeping…. We woke him up to return the keys and he seemed upset like we ruined his nap at work…. Do not recommend in the slightest…..

JAMES BWhen the customer makes a reservation 2 hrs away (in muscatine Iowa) you can give them more than twelve hours notice, especially when there flying in do not have a ride to get there.
