Dropped off after hours at this location. There wasn’t any personal around because they were closed, but everything was well marked and easy to find.

I asked for a van- called the week before and got a terribly riding truck. Way too big for a 73 year old to handle.
LINDA MI rented a 9' cargo van with extended milage knowing this was the best equipment and price and chose this location specifically because they could get this specific vehicle. However, when I went to pick up the vehicle I got a 15' truck meaning I had to pay for the extra milage (I could have switched to one way rental or a location closer to my home if I known the vehicle I reserved was not available. With this larger vehicle I also was not able to park close to the apartment which added time and effort to the move.
Shauna KPainless pick up, and experience. No major issues.
MATHEW DThis place was fine, exactly what I needed, nothing fancy. The NEXT customer should NOT call Uhaul.com! I called Uhaul in Bradford, PA, which is where I was and needed the trailer. The person there apparently didn't know what was going on, and had me call Uhaul.com, who said I was set up to pick up the trailer in Bradford and drop it off in Ithaca. Somehow, nobody knew that that Uhaul was closed July 4th weekend including Sunday. Apparently they also set me up to return the trailer to UTICA, not Ithaca, New York, many hours drive away. I found all this out Saturday night, and my wife got on the phone and worked it out that I could drive to Olean to pick up the trailer, and back to Bradford to haul our stuff, to Ithaca, not Utica. Uhaul, whoever that is, should get their act together so stuff like this doesn't happen. But the places where I ended up picking up and dropping off the trailer were fine.
