To be honest, it is a form of fraud. I've rented the van for a week, and the deal was $330 per week with 2000 km included. When I picked up, I informed the person that I would return the van maybe an hour or so later than expected, and she told me that it was ok. The van isn't in good condition, and inside it was extremely dirty. Additionally, the person was not trained, so I spent about an hour there while she attempted to complete all the paperwork over the phone. The same situation was at checkout. I've received a dirty car with almost an empty tank and returned it after a cleanup, and with more than half a tank of gas. And how was I surprised after receiving an invoice for $640+!!! I've contacted the store immediately, and she told me that the case is open and UHaul support will contact me soon. Nobody contacted me, of course. I've used the information provided in the invoice email to write my concerns, but I've received a response from the mailer that the address doesn't exist. So, I decided to wait until the end of the week and report the fraud to the credit card company. Avoid this location!!! There are a lot of locations like this in the area, and we have always had a nice experience with them, but this one is an exception.

Richard MWe had to wait a substantial amount of time to get the van. Then we were charged to wrong amount for the milage. There was a whole lot of back and forth with that and much more. Too many things that need improvement to list.
Lohit VThe person working at the front mistook me for another reservation, made me wait 30 minutes to start the process of pick up. When we were ready, he couldn’t unlock the back door for another 20 minutes. My friends were waiting for an hour for me to start and kept apologizing to them due to the incompetence of the clerk. I felt bad for him and tried to be patient but I urged him I only had 1.5 hours to do what I had to do and asked to take the 10’ truck vs the 15’ truck. I had to do 2 trips and was still able to drop the truck off at 5pm. He kept on checking the truck like hitting the tires, checking odometer and then figured out I needed to check in the truck. However the truck is different from the original reservation and took another 50 minutes to leave from there, he wouldn’t let me leave without even trying to figure out the problem. I called customer service and explained to them the situation and they said I could go without getting a late fee for drop off. I got charged extra today
