It was a remote drop off with no clear instructions about where to leave the vehicle.

WILLIAM DBoth picking up and dropping off vehicle was overly difficult. I was supposed to be able to do everything by my phone but the attendant had trouble understanding what I was doing there. On the return the wrong beginning mileage had been recorded so I was unable to just end the rental and drop off the vehicle and required a lengthy process with the attendant.
