Originally I was supposed to pick this truck up at Muffler King in Newport. It would have saved me money because of mileage. It got transferred to here, with same hours. The U-Haul app is hard to use. Cell service and internet are hard to get, must be in a dead zone at this location. It definitely makes it hard to check out ant return trucks. Overall I had good experiences with this location. I was charged a cleaning fee, and I don’t know why. I have used this location 2 previous times in the last 8 months and wasn’t charged a cleaning fee.
