The truck overheated and broke down on me about 2 miles away from the pick up location. Thankfully, when I called the location I picked it up from, the associate, Araceli, came and picked me up in her own personal vehicle and quickly got me into another truck. She even stayed after hours to help take care of me. I am giving an above average rating and I would recommend it to a friend, in spite of the condition of the equipment, because at how well Araceli handled the situation. She deserves a raise.

The U Haul app needs some work
