Two charges were added to the estimate I called in and discussed with U-Haul, without disclosure either during the initial call or when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I found out once my card had been charged. I dont conduct business that way and will not be returning to U-Haul again.

Tammy AThe U-Haul was not clean when I arrived to pick it up. The owner swept out the back as I stood there. The cupholders had crumbs and spilled liquid that dried in them. Not wanting to get charged for a filthy truck when I dropped it off, my wife cleaned everything in the cab before we left our home, even the mouse droppings on the passenger's seat. The truck ran well and served it's purpose. The cleanliness or lack thereof is the main reason for this review.
