The rental place was wonderful. The moving blankets we rented were clean and in excellent shape as was the truck. This made it much easier when we were moving to not worry about things getting dirty. The only problem we had with the truck was the design of it. The seats were not able to tip back even a little bit, so it made a long distance trip a bit uncomfortable for someone who likes to lean back a little bit because they’re tall.

I rented a 20’ truck and then a 10’ truck from this location. The 1st time the truck was in good shape but instead of the hand truck I reserved there was an appliance dolly, and instead of the dozen packing blankets I reserved there were 6. The 2nd time the truck had many scratches on both sides and the front, (most but all marked), and the packing blankets I reserved were entirely missing. Also, the gas gauge reading was incorrect. I spoke to a UHaul rep about this using text, and sent her a photo, and I returned the truck with the same amount of gas as at pickup, but at drop off the app still tried to charge me $9 for gas.
