Very packed, hard to find a place to park. Took a while to figure out where to drop the keys. Drop off time was before they opened, so no help was available.

I picked up right as they opened, and they were standing ready with a smile when I arrived. The gentleman got me in and out quickly, simply explained the pick-up/drop-off process, and helped me locate the 10 ft box truck. JASON EThe agent I spoke with on Friday to locate a trailer said there was one in Wilmington. I drove to the other side of town to get it and there were two on that lot and I passed multiple dealers along the way. The last time I contacted this same dealer is very close to me in proximity said they didn't have a truck and sent me to the other side of town as well. The other issue is the cost. I was told by another dealer that this was excessive fee for this size trailer and should have been lower, the fees are high in the Wilmington area compared to other areas. The young man who assisted me was very helpful and polite. His name was Stanley.
