Iris and Cletus are great people. Love doing business with them. I recommend them all the time. People have to realize this is a machines shop / auto parts store. They have been there for over 50 yrs.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but having moved my family and using several different Uhaul dealers in the area it is clear that they are the easiest, and nicest to work with. I drove out of my way to this location because I knew they would have what I wanted and there would be no hassle getting checked in and returning the trailer.

My customer experience overall was okay. Even though my rental was put in wrong the representative I made the reservation with was courteous and helpful. The Customer service reps at both facilities I went too were very helpful as well. The CSR's at the corporate office that I spoke with were also helpful. My major complaint with my service was when it came to the regional scheduling representative. Her service was terrible! (I am sorry I forget her name at this point, but there are definitely tickets that reference her name) She was rude, did not want to help and even hung up on me. Her service was terrible and in all honesty I doubt I will use U haul again due to it. The manager who resolved the issue after the fact was very courteous as well. All in all even with the inconveniences it was not a bad experience except for the one person who ruined it for everybody.
