I have rented many times rented a 15' truck at 8 am two weeks before the move and was told a day before that they rented the truck in error and i could not pick up the truck until 5pm who moves that late i was so upset they told me that , it was my choice to take it or not so i had to move using a pick up truck from them, and yesterday we needed the pick up truck for another hour and half and they said it was rented, we left something in the truck the truck was parked with a rent me sign after we just returned it! They lied! Not doing business here any more unprofessional staff!

This was a terrible experience. First, the truck I ordered was not available when I showed up at the location at 6460 E Broad St. I received no prior notification of this. I was sent to the Hamilton Rd location, and assured I would be given a $50 credit on my bill for my inconvenience. Obviously, I was annoyed by the inconvenience and lack of customer consideration I recieved, but felt that $50 was fair compensation for my trouble. Second, the truck seemed on the edge of being unsafe. The front end shook relatively violently, and there was at least 8 to 12 inches of 'play' in the steering wheel. But the worst part was the ultimate inoperability of the truck, causing it to be stranded and blocking traffic for at least 5 hours. It seems that the violent shaking of the dash board caused the electronic parking break to perminantly engage, causing the truck to be immovable. Obviously, this caused extreme inconvenience and a huge dissapointment in my view of UHAUL.

Service was quick and accurate both during pick-up and return. The Hamilton/Refugee UHAUL has a professional and courteous staff who seem to enjoy coming to work in the morning. I would like to go back to this location for my next child that moves onto a university campus. Keep up the good work!

Waited outside by a sign that said wait here with returned equipment. Went inside finally and told young man at the desk [with his phone in hand ] no one was outside. His reply was, that's because I'm in here. ??????

A large portion of the front window seal came off about 15 minutes after I left the Uhaul parking lot. I had to pull off on the side of the highway to temporarily fix the problem.

Accurate online reservations. As mine was not as I reserved it and when tried to make adjustments was told no. My usage charge was $71 and I was charged $85. Poor customer service, poor humor at check In and to long of a wait.I will not ever use this location again and certainly will tell others not to use this location, especially for the rates paid. I expected far better service, expected my reservation to be corrected and professional conduct. I was very unhappy with this experience. I have used uhual services for years and not have not ever had an experience like this.

Rental experience was great, but this location needs more parking for customers. We had to park our car in what might have been a spot at the end of the lot with loose gravel and broken glass.

The location was fine and the woman who assisted us was very friendly. However, we requested 12 furniture pads, and they only had five available. We ended up being charged $5, which I felt they should have just given us the pads for free after not having the needed amount. Not to mention, this was after we had to use a smaller van than requested...only being notified this 18 hours before picking up the van. The location was clean and well-kept but was extremely far away from the location we requested. We had to drive over a half hour to pick up our van, when there was a U-Haul pick up spot just five minutes away. Seemed silly that we couldn't have just picked one up there. Ultimately, U-Haul needs better organization, direction and communication with its customers. We had an awful experience, and I will never give my money to this company again.

The representatives at the location were all very impersonal and very unfriendly. They were not educated well on their systems and tried to tell me that I had insufficient funds and that my check would not be accepted as a form of payment. I informed them that I had sufficient funds in my account but they insisted on chastising me in front of a store full of customers and gathering other employees to tell me that my check had automatically been rejected by their system. After ripping up the check and running my credit card as payment the screen reflected that my check had been processed as primary payment and my credit card was run separately in case the amount of the rental exceeded $100. If the reps were versed on their systems and trained on good customer service they wouldn't have been so rude and handled the situation so inappropriately. I was not the only person that felt this way. Another man at the store asked another representative if they treated all of their customers the way that we had been treated. The rep replied "I'm just trying to hurry up and get you out of here.. that's what you want right?" I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION (At least until they hire new employees)

I rented a Car Hauler from Glendale, Az and dropped off at this location. the process went pretty smooth but thee associate didn't seem very helpful. The phone rang and after finally answering put the caller on hold. No sense of urgency "Get to it when I can" they said. A month later I reserved to pick up from same location(Car Hauler) to travel back to Glendale Az First off. The parking lot was full of equipment and didn't see a "Customer Parking" area. we weren't sure where to park and then was told NOT to park in the "Equipment drop off area" even though no other units were sitting there. Same associate(Female) from when we dropped off month prior completed rental process to pick up car hauler. Didn't seem to use common sense when answering the questions in the computer, Same laxy dazy attitude on getting us completed. Didn't escort us to the trailer to hook up. Had another associate who was working in the yard hook unit to my truck and check the lights and connection. I Identified that the license plate on the trailer was broken off. the associate exclaimed"Dont worry about that just show them the rental agreement, that's all you need". after requesting a different trailer, they had that one delivered and nothing else was available so we took that car hauler. I was stopped in Indianapolis Indiana for no plate but luckily was NOT cited. In Albq. New mexico one of the straps broke so I used my own personal cargo strap to secure front wheel. Overall I think the employees need to take a more "Vested" interest in their company and location. Customer service training should be completed and if they don't want to help the customer and do their job, I would let them find a new place to work! Incidently, I recall a "Help Wanted" sign on the Marquee when we dropped off the 1st car trailer. I understand completely why now!

Protocol was not verbally explained regarding part availability and was not followed. Came to get a hitch wired and attached after making an appointment (at which I had also requested a trailer for a specific date). I dropped off the car and came back after 2 hours to be told wiring was done but they did not yet have the part to put on the hitch and I'd need to come back. Was told someone should have called to tell me PRIOR to me coming to my appointment. Came back next day for the hitch and was told it would take about 30 minutes, it took 2 hours. At checkout I asked to confirm the hitch I requested for the next day would be ready. It was not in the system and none were available nearby. An employee, Tony called to find one and offered to go get it in the morning and bring it to this location. When I came the next day to get the trailer, Leron attached it, was very pleasant and worked efficiently. While Leron was tryjng to complete my order an paperwork, a female employee came over ad began a personal conversation, aand wwwas tryjng to enfsge Leron in conversation, asking questions, all while he was trying to do his job. Aside from my personal experience, myself and others stood in line waiting for service for up to 20 minutes with only 3 customers in the store and 3 employees at the desk, but only one acknowledging and assisting customers. Other two employees stood behind the desk, and did not even simply state to customers "Hello. Someone will be right with you." No customer I encountered was pleased.
