Exoerience before and during rental was great. However when I returned the truck I had my new house key on the keychain belonging to the truck. When I went back for the key they claimed it was never there.
Had to get a locksmith to unlovk the door and get a new lock. Not happy at all.

Terrible customer service received from employee, John. My rental van's door locks were not in working order. I locked the doors overnight, only to be unable to unlock them in the morning. The key I was issued for the vehicle was unable to unlock vehicles doors, yet it did work in the ignition. John did not help me with my issue besides saying that it was not his problem, but rather it was the problem of roadside assistance. Roadside assistance had try to help me gain assistance from the uhaul location, but had also received a dismissive attitude from the John. In summary, I spoke with customer service who contacted the uhaul location and had them arrange for a mechanic to come and open the doors. After 3 hours of getting redirected, one door was able to be opened and I received one days charge off my rental.

Krista (assistant manager??) was extremely helpful in reviewing the different options to ensure I got what I needed at the best price you had available. I was a bit surprised at the total cost but did not have the time to do any comparison shopping so this may be the going rate.

I rented a 28 foot truck for moving. I've rented trucks from UHaul before but nothing like this one. The headlight on the drivers side was falling out with the beam shining towards the ground. The transmission was changing gears extremely hard and I thought it was going to fall out on the ground and the u-joints in the driveshaft were shot. Clerk brushed it off as just a "big truck" experience !!

I was not happy about the fact my truck broke down after using it for 4 hours and there was nothing done or no money given back for it. I had to pay other people to move my things with pick-up trucks after paying $150 for a uhaul so not happy about that one .

i had to pick up my truck at a different location which was the start of my problems, truck had a flat tire at the back was filthy with oil and mud. i had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours when i got to this location for them to figure out how they were going to fix the flat. and apparently there was a problem with my trailer reservation which i asked about and they never did tell me what the problem was, i asked for a discount due to all my trouble and they simply said that there was nothing that they could do on there end. i do appreciate the help of the lot manager, young man helped me very well from the cleaning of the truck to the hook up of the trailer.

I booked a pick-up truck over the phone and I reserved it with a prepaid Visa (I told the lady that I didn't have a credit card and she said this was fine) so when I went in-store the guy at the desk told me I couldn't rent it without a real credit card. I ended up having to get a full sized truck costing more money and was only allowed to have it for 2.5 hours instead of the 4 hours with the first truck. My move was very rushed and I had to look for other alternatives after my move to finish. Not pleased.
