The trailer had some serious issues! I was not able to drive over 45mph even when the trailer was empty. I had professionals load my trailer for me so the weight was distributed properly and what should have been a 3 hour trip turned into a 9 hour drive. The trailer was fish tailing all over the road and I almost jack knifed 3 times. The trailer I rented should not be recommended for the type of vehicle I own! I will also be calling and lodging a complaint. 147$ for a trailer from hell!

Selection of trailers was poor. I could not get a trailer size I needed so I had to rent two in order to haul what I needed.

Gave me a courtesy call. Very helpful. Reasonable. I'd do business with them again.

Trailer I wanted was NOT on Eureka Springs, had to drive 85 miles and waste half a day, and 20 dollars worth of fuel, just to get the trailer. The agent was an Indian (from India) and not very communicative or helpful... and did not hook the chains on properly... Good thing I know how it goes :-)

well first off, i paid for a uhaul that was supposed to be cleaned and well maintained and that was not the case. my uhaul was dirty and had leftover drink bottles and trash left in it. my coolant light came on not even 3 miles down the road and when we called back to the place that we recieved the uhaul from we were told that they couldnt help us. so we filled that ourselves (btw we were two women and a baby that know nothing of vehicles) and got on the road. the tires were very very slick and had almost no tread whatsoever on the tires so the uhaul was sliding around all over the road. and then we stop to get gas and the tank had slid forward, keeping us from opening the tank and we couldnt get gas. so we drove further to another gas station hoping to find someone to help and a guy that used to work for the uhaul company was at the pump beside us. lucky for us he helped us get the tank slid back and the gas cap off. we were almost out of gas at this point. we called the company back and were told again. nothing they could do for us. we got back on the road and got our stuff loaded and moved. we got to missouri to turn the uhaul in and were told we didnt get our $100 deposit back. when i asked the guy at the 1st location if i would get my $100 back he assured me that i would. however that was not the case. the missouri location argued with us. told us that we had a credit card on file and that we did not get our deposit back but if we did it would go onto the card. well let me tell you this.. i paid cash for the uhaul. the credit card on file was only on file so that i reserve the uhaul and be gauranteed that the uhaul would be there. i never paid anything for it with my card. CASH only. still i was told i will not get my dep. back. i dont know what kind of business uhaul is trying to run but i work for a giant chain that has tons of stores opening. we have 600 of them as we speak and we use uhaul to move our employees and our store equipment however due to our recent experience at uhaul i do believe we will be going to budget or penske.. or any other company that treats there customers better. on top of all the problems i had i looked at the back of the piece of paper that was in our uhaul sheet (packet) and it said that the uhaul was damaged and missing a part and that took all risk of water damage and knew it. that was false. it was NEVER brought to our attention that water damage could happen and considering it was snowing, and drizzling i would have never drove off of the lot in the uhaul. this was overall a terrible experience with your company. if anyone would like to contact me about this you can call me at 479-544-5363 thank you.

Mother nature got me and I spent 2 days moving in the snow. I rented a 20ft truck and car hauler and didn't realize until 2/3's finished that the truck wasn't large enough. I called to get another 6x12 trailer and the lady on the phone said that Uhaul would discount the trailer for me since I had already spent so much with the company and some place where I was headed needed the trailer, anyway. When I got billed? I see Uhaul discounted nothing. $383 for a 20ft truck and a Car hauler one way. I was charged $165 for a 6x12 trailer. They call that RAPE where I come from. Thanks for understanding.

I didn't particularly care for the staff that owned the place. Not friendly at all and I almost felt like I was going to get ripped off. I will not be a returning customer to this location or recommend it to anyone.

It was pouring rain at the time of return. If my husband had not been there to unhook trailer I would be still sitting there as NO ONE came out to help! I don't know how! Horrible service.

Defective equipment. The Right tire harness on auto transport was torn and could not be used. The U-Haul representative did not inform me prior to contract. I used U-Haul for 3 household moves in the last 7 months. $$$$ I will re-evaluate if I use U-Haul again.

Computer receipt showed different location pickup. The actual location for pickup was a StopNGo and the owner spoke very poor English and called us asking when we were going to pick it up. We were planning to pick it up after noon like the receipt said we could. My husband contacted the man and was informed of the actual location to pick it up and had gone to the address on the receipt instead.

UHaul dealer needed to check the hydraulic brake fluid. The cap says to hand tighten and we had to use a monkey wrench to loosen. Then we had to fill the reservoir as it was almost empty.
