There was only one person working and he was very good to all the customers, but I think he need some help because it seems to hard renting trucks, during the paper work, and checking the truck fro damages with the customers. Overall, this location was great!

Inside a Laundromat. Procedure was extremely slow and impersonal. Very difficult to park in front of location for vehicle check since patrons also take up this space for drop-off and pick-up. I felt very uncomfortable in this area. This was my first and last time utilizing this location.

I wanted a van and there are not many available. I think that your company could benefit by adding more vans to your fleet. A lot of people just need a small vehicle and should be able to find one somewhere in the area.
