I made a reservation for a trailer, dolly and blankets. When I arrived to pick them up not only was the service poor, but only the trailer was available and not the dolly or the blankets. The man at the location told me that they were not guaranteed and were first come first serve. He was very rude and asked if I wanted the trailer or not. I had to call around and find the other items at different locations. It was a very negative experience.
SHELLI MI didn't get the guy's name at the pick up location, but he was great. He hooked up the trailer to my vehicle and had me going in no time.
