The employee at the front desk, the guy that gave me the keys and the guy I returned the keys to were all friendly and courteous. It was actually noticable how friendly they were compared to other businesses I dealt with that day. I will absolutely recommend them.

Ms. Tia and Mr. Ralph were exceptionally polite, they made sure my needs were met. Tia checked me in, in a timely manner, and Mr. Ralph made sure I was checked out properly when returning equipment.

The service was excellent. The vehicle seemed brand new. The only issues we had did not relate to the quality of this specific site. We needed to take a cab to BWI, and had to wait over a half an hour. I believe this is because the facility is not on a main road. (Employee at the facility was kind enough to get the phone number for the cab for us!) Also, when I booked the vehicle, online/on phone, I had to estimate how long we would need it. We paid for two days, and actually returned the vehicle within 24 hours. Not sure if there's a system in place to recover funds that were pre-paid if vehicle is returned early. All in all, I would definitely recommend this facility.

Always great, but extra great today. While I was waiting to get closed out which I usually do through email, Tia came in with my back pack that I had left in the truck. That is why I go out of my way to use this location. The employees are great and HONEST. Thanks Tia.

Have more employees! When I picked up my transport trailer, there was ONE guy working the lot and he had to run around trying to help 5 people at once. He was courteous and professional, and he worked hard, but it was too much for one person to handle and all the customers had to wait way too long to be helped.

The female there was very rude and seem to have an attitude at the fact that I was late picking up my truck. I called ahead of time to let them know I would be picking up my truck later than my original time. The gas meter on the truck was broken and I couldn't tell how much gas I needed to put in. I put $55 worth for a 38 mile round trip. I feel like the total amount I paid for this truck should be refunded to me. This was a horrible experience. I just rented a truck the week before from another location and it was a night and day experience.

Lady I spoke to on the phone to try and change my reservation time was completely unfriendly and rude. However the guy working at the counter was super friendly and helpful both at check in and out.

I did not like being told 3x it a mistake not to get the insurance. It made me very uncomfortable ,so I took a vedio of the equipment when i was done to make sure I was not set up with fake charges. Then I had to other people look it over so it is not there word to mine

you should lower or get rid of the refueling fee of $30 and just charge for the fuel only, since the employee refilling the tanks are already getting hourly pay. $30 is a large fee and on top of that fee is the $5 per gallon for the actual fuel. So it would be reasonable to pay $5 per gallon for the fuel that was used but not an additional $30. Thanks
