Good, helpful customer service. My pick up was @ the incorrect location which was unfortunate, but when i got to the location the man that helped me was very informative and even gave me a few extra miles to make up for the wrong pick up address.

Van was clean in the back, but cab had not been cleaned and stunk of dogs. Service at the pick up location was excellent otherwise, very courteous and helpful. I especially appreciate that they fill up the tank at pump prices without penalty so I can return without worrying about refilling the tank.

The man who handled us was very nice - there were a lot of people waiting for him to help them and he handled everyone with efficiency and politeness. This was my first time getting a U-Haul and he explained everything very well.

This U-Haul location is small and a bit hard to get in and out of since it's also a gas station, but it more than makes up for that with the excellent service and speedy help. They got me in and out in a very short time, and were very friendly. Thanks!

Vehicle should be available with a full tank of gas, so that the vehicle can easily be returned with another full tank of gas. I was worried that the 1/4 tank of gas was a joke, and that I would be stuck on the highway out of gas.

I had made a specific reservation for a 6 X 12 enclosed trailer. When I arrived, none were available. One of the reasons I picked this location in the first place is that the website indicated that I would be guaranteed availability. the gentleman that helped me did call central dispatch and try to locate one. Eventually they were able to accommodate me. Parking was very limited. The lot was very crowded with trucks and trailers every which way. Looked very cluttered and disorganized.

Service was excellent! When we picked up the trailer, they asked what car and quickly attached the trailer to our truck. And when we came back to return, we got the same great service... they quickly removed the trailer, I paid and got the final paperwork, and off we went.
I would definitely rent frrom them again just on the service alone!
