This place was dirty. The guy ate his breakfast while serving me. It took 40 minutes due to the out-dated computer system not working. There were fingernail clippings in the truck.

It took a long time to get the registration completed. They were having trouble with the online system and then the printer was not connected. Otherwise they were pleasant and helpful.
