They are always so great we have rented here before.
The only thing it takes long to get waited on. It is not
the service people's fault it is just that seems like
when I come in there are several people in line so we
wait. They do their very best and take care of all
and get us on our way.

great experience but got over charged on everything...insurance over charge and got charged 3 days more for my trailer than i should have..my contract # 98102407...will never use uhaul again if it does not get straighted out..rented out of daytona beach main office location

The staff was friendly and helpful, however the equipment was questionable at best. The vehicle I received had a severely off center sterring wheel, loose handling, and transmission noises from the time i took it off the lot. Ultimatley the parking brake failed to disengage leaving me with an immoveable truck. Additionally the vehicle smelled as though it had a fuel issue as there was a strong odor of raw fuel when driving. With that said I must commend the emergency road service workers who were very helpful and called back when I was disconnected. Also the mechanic that came to look at and ultimately tow the vehicle was very friendly and helpful

The truck I received was not very good. It was an older truck that I thought the dash was going to fall out and had trouble starting it. Not a happy camper! The ones I rented in the past were very good. I do not know what went wrong this time.

I experienced a considerable delay of 30 plus minutes during the turn-in process because the Uhaul computer system detected that I was issued the wrong truck at my pick up location.The Uhaul manager at the drop off location was able to contact the pick up location and manually work-around the discrepancy, so I could finalize my transaction. Once, again, more training on documentation at the pick up location could improve service for other customers.

Very professional. Clean, bright inviting environment. Extremely anal regarding the fuel level though. I was like an eyelash below where THEY thought I should be. Had to leave to re-fuel. When I returned, it was over. Of course NOW there was no variance!!! Guess it's all an individual perception!!!

Dropped off tow trailer and they were very nice, Dropped off truck after hours so did not have an experience there on truck. First experience with trailer so I would expect the same would have been true for truck drop-off.

Reserve unit early, even if it's reserved, it doesn,t mean it will be there for you, but they increase the size needed which increases your gas usage, and driving intensfication, or pressure.

Its still expensive even though its the cheapest. You're a rentalcar, why charge per mile traveled? Its enough with the gas you have to pump back in.
