I reserved a trailer for Saturday and sunday. Friday night they call and say that I cannot have a trailer until 5pm on Saturday. That just eliminated my whole load day. Saturday, I waited over 45 minutes at Sheridan to be told that they did not have a trailer for me and that I had to go to Federal. Of my 4 rentals in the last 3 months, this was the worst by far. I do not know why someone should bother even reserving on-line. Both places in denver had lousy computer connections which dramatically increased wait times. The Sheridan location could not even process charge cards so if you wanted something it had to be paid in cash.

The auto transport I rented was 100% functional, but lots of loose bolts, dented fenders, security chains were all greasy and visually it's appearance made you question weither it was going to make the trip safely. In fact, inspite of it's appearance it worked fine and I had no problems

Did not have to wait at all. Wiring ground was bad on my truck and we needed trailer for evening. Gentleman came out and fixed it for us licketty split.

Service was timely and good in all ways. Only one suggestion: The customer service person should slow down when talking, speak more clearly, and verify that the customer full understands everything in the contract. (Especially for us "older" customers who may not hear very well!) Thanks!

They confirmed rental of 17' truck and the morning of they switched it to a 14' truck. They also switch the pick up location to one about 10 miles from where I was confirmed to pick up. Since they charge by the mile that added $20 to my bill for something that was already less than what I ordered. More they did absolutely nothing to make the huge inconvenience right. I guess that is just how they like to run their business...

Customer service was fine. When we got to the store to pick up the truck we waited for about 45 minutes because someone had stolen the battery from the truck so they had to find another battery to put in it. When we left the tank was "supposed" to be 1/4 tank. My husband drive maybe 10 miles and the truck ran out if gas. The gas gauge was wrong. The tow company/mechanic was called and we had to wait an hour on the side if the road. My dad went and got us some gas because when the truck died it spit and sputtered like it was out of gas. We put gas in it and it started right up. The tow company westco looked at the truck anyway just to make sure it was working. So that was nice. So ultimately this gas gauge situation caused us and extra hour and 45 min grief. I've tried to call and talk to someone at the store but I automatically get transferred to customer service. I just want to let them know that the gauge is off because maybe the next person who rents that truck won't be as nice as I have been about it.

Our storage location has a light sensor that turns the light for that area Hallway on but it only last for about 20 seconds and turns off again. We mentioned it to the attention of the Personnel on duty and they tried to get it going but were unsuccessful. Hopefully when we return to move our belongings out of the storage area this will be repaired.

Waited for over 45 minutes to get help. Only one person working on a Saturday morning not a good idea! I waisted 2 hours of my moving time because of this. I am very dissatisfied with your service and would like a refund! I made my reservation in advance and had to pay movers to wait on your company to get the truck and I do NOT think this should have topsy for your usability to have enough employees to accommodate your per-reserved customers!!

On Friday, May 24th I received a call from 303-296-1778 to confirm my pickup for Saturday, May 25th. When asked what time I would be picking up I stated 11:00 am and the person who called me stated that was fine, but that they closed at 12:00 noon. I then received an email confirming my pickup location of Myers Rental Equip at 3104 Gilpin St. Denver, CO 80205 at 11:00 AM on 5/25/13. I also received two text messages from 1(410)000-002 and 1(410)000-003 confirming that my reservation 29846289 was sched. at 3104 Gilpin st in Denver at 11:00 am on 5-25-13. When I arrived at that location at 11:00 am on 5/25/13 the person stated they did not have my name an had no trucks on location. I called the number that had called me and the lady standing before answered the phone confirming that the confirmation call I received was from that location. The lady working at the front desk was quite rude telling me "I had surgery and I haven't been here for two weeks". I stated "I understand it may not be your fault but I have received a call/voicemail/email and 2 text messages confirming this as my pickup location for today." She then proceeded to say, "Honey, I don't know what to tell you we don't have no trucks here and I can't help you." I then called 1-800-332-1190 and talked to a service representative who stated my reservation pickup date had been changed to Saturday, June 1st. I stated that I at no time had I changed the date. She then proceeded to tell me that all of my confirmation emails stated June 1st which I can confirm they do not. She was then able to find a truck available at the Federal Blvd location and I was satisfied with my service there but was appalled at the service at the first location and that despite my having 4 pieces of evidence that my reservation had been confirmed for 5/25/13 that the date was changed without my consent or knowledge.

Truck at hiway speed was very dangerous. And many other issues with the truck. I was forced to drive it due to surcumstances. Over 300 miles. I thought the front axel was going to come off. Steering wheel vibrated so bad that my hands hurt.

I'm using U-Haul to ship a u-box.Communication is terrible. I was told 8 days to get the box to California.As of 1 week later the box is still in Denver.
Probably will not use U-haul in the future.
