Need mire availability of equipment.. if not available it should be stated in website when renting.. They didn’t have a furniture/appliance dilly I rented fir $15, they gave me the regular dolley, sent me yo another store to aee if they had one, they didint.. they told me to call corporate to adjust the transaction. I did call, but still was chatged the full $15.. Ladies at pick up location were nice.
Luis CTruck not ready. Girl had no idea what she was doing. Took 1.5 hours to get truck. No accessories available. Returned truck after 4.5 hours, they charged me 2 days. Been fighting with uhaul to get refund. Never renting from uhaul again.

karin rI rented my truck for not even six hours. I kept getting hit on my credit card charge after charge after charge. The lady is very unprofessional that I dealt with U-Haul is a very money hungry company. You will never see a penny for me ever again. I am very very dissatisfied with this location in this company.
