I said 'Yes' to the second question because it wasn't terrible. But the truck really could have used a good sweeping out. It had 'dust bunnies ' & debris. But other than being quite old, crank handle window old & rickety, it got the job done.

They didn't have the size truck I reserved despite reserving it 5 weeks in advance. Given that much to.e someone should've brought in the correct truck for my reservation.
SCOTT DReserved a 10ft truck, but got a 15ft. ,that worked out better in the long run. So no issues. Only reason for not 5 stars is that they help you estimate the miles you will drive and it's double $ per mile if you go over. They didn't add the 5 miles from store to my first point, so I was over 10miles at check in. Not a big deal, but just a reminder to everyone, calculate your mile ahead of time. I would use this location again!
ROBERT CPick up and drop off was very smooth. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I did however have problems with additional mileage charge and have spent much time and 4 phone calls to get this accomplished. I was charged extra due to there not being a local drop off. I have worked hard to get the charges reimbursed. . . .still working on it.
MICHELE KWas not happy to be charged an extra $9 for exceeding miles when there are plenty of Uhaul locations in Burlington. It would not give me any of those location options when booking the return.
