I could not identify if someone was working for the dealer, some looked like they were just hanging around. It too three trailers to find one that was road worthy, the first was not checked in and the desk clerk quickly filled out the inspection report without even looking at the trailer, which it turned out had a flat tire. The lights on the second trailer were inoperative and one of the workers thought he could rewire it while I waited. One worker was very rude when I said we needed to correct the contract to reflect the proper piece of equipment. I tried to explain that I was a dealer and knew we needed to swap out the trailer and I would have my wife go in to get the paper right and she said, "NO, just tell me your name." For a U-Haul dealer that appears to have no other business I wonder how they get repeat customers. I would NEVER pick up equipment from them again.

I rated this experience, at this location, POOR for several reasons! When I went, in person, to inquire about a rental and the cost, on April 3rd, the employee gave me the wrong information concerning the total cost (rental, mileage, and gas), around $50 at the most. I had inquired about a small 10 ft truck. On April 10, I returned to the location to reserve the 10 ft truck. At that time I was told that the total cost would be arond $80, not accounting for the gas. Upon my surprise, the employees (not the one I had talked to previously) said that it was correct. When they asked me whom I had talked to on the 3rd, they indicated by their comments that they were not surprised that I was given the wrong information. When I went to pick up the truck on April 12, around 10:30 am, I was being given a pickup truck, which was not at all what I had reserved - therefore, a mistake was made on my reservation. I was told that I had to fill out another contract in order to get the 10 ft truck. Frustrated and upset, as my son and I had already waited 30 minutes beforehand, I decided to keep the pickup not to have to waste more time. When ready to return the pickup truck that afternoon, around 3:30 pm, I realized I had left my paperwork on the counter when all these problems were taking place. I asked the employees to whom we returned the truck (who were all different from the morning) for the paperwork I had left on the counter that morning. I was told that it probably went to the trash. I asked to have it, as I did not want any of my personal information going into the trash for anybody to find and use!!!! They could not "find it" or did not try to "find it". In this day and time of identity theft, this is very upsetting! Granted, I should have made sure to have taken the paperwork, but this whole process had been so mishandled, that my anger was taking over and I lost patience!!! My question to anyone who, hopefully, reads this note is: Knowing that we were returning the pickup truck that same day, within 5 or 6 hours, SHOULDN'T THE PAPERWORK HAVE BEEN KEPT AND NOT TOSSED IN THE TRASH???? Needless to say, this whole experience was not a very good one - not at all!!!!!

When I rented the dolly I called and said it was broken. When I brought the truck and dolly back I told the employee that I didn't want to be charged for the dolly and he said I won't, but I was charged anyway. So I had to call and dispute it with several different people.

Could use some brush up on customer service skills. Communication is key and ignoring people in a (long) line early in the morning knowing they have a big day ahead of them isnt good customer service.

When I went in to make an appointment to have a hitch installed on my husband's vehicle, the gentleman behind the counter told me my my husband's vehicle was "girly" for a man. I was then told the hitch would be installed in half hour to an hour a few days later and I made a one- way reservation for a small trailer. When I went in to have the hitch installed the two people behind the counter were busy eating sandwiches. When they took the time to finally help me, I was told the hitch would be installed in 2-3 hours. It would. A bit aggravating since the location is. Bit out of town and inconvenient. When we finally came in to pick up our reserved trailer, our reservation was nowhere to be found. Luckily, however, one was available.

Was checked out in the a.m. by a new clerk, so slow-going. I didn't really mind that delay as much as the employee at the end of the day who checked me in (i.e., the rental truck). He was not very friendly or personable, and didn't even ask how things worked out for me with the equipment, etc. This employee (a young man) needs training in customer service!

The young gentleman that helped me was very customer centric and accommodating . He did a nice job. There was some questions on scheduling that needed to be resolved. When the woman GM intervened she was rude and talked me down, As I was informed, she is in a habit of doing this. As a suggestion, she needs to be coached or removed from this position.

There are only 2 people working and I waited in line for 20 minutes and I was the 3rd person in line. After one of the workers help a customer he went to the shop and never returned to help.

Employees were very slow unfriendly. There was a long line and they just didn't seem to care. The truck I rented was falling apart. It was very hard to start, the smell of exhaust fumes in the cab was very strong. I felt the need to keep the windows down so I wouldn't breath them in. Luckily this was a very short move.

I got to the storage facility on 3/22/14, with a load already to unload. My storage unit was locked up with a round lock I did not put it on there. I went to the office someone else had rented a storage unit and just moved in to mine. I did get the same size storage unit with my first month free. This took place on 3/19/14 I still do not have my refund, nor did I get a phone call as to this happening until I showed up to store my things in the storage unit. A phone call would have been nice. DKB
