This wasn't my drop off location. Uhaul doesn't know your head from a trailer hitch. I will NEVER again use Uhaul.

When a customer walks into a store they should be greeted and acknoledged that they are about to shell out some cash for your services. I simple "Good morning, I'll be right with you" would have been nice. I had to initiate conversation myself in order for the employee to divert her eyes from the computer screen. After that event the customer service seemed evident.

I would definitely recommend this U-Haul Site. However, I would not recommend "Fast and Friendly" Helper Movers that are advertised on their site. I confirmed the helper movers two days prior to the move date and the morning of the move with "Fast ‘NO SHOW’ and 'NOT' Friendly" and after assuring me they knew the address and were on their way they never showed up, nor returned calls. After scrambling to move myself the U-Haul center was great about the return of the truck even though I went a little over time. In follow up the the "Fast and Friendly" Helper Movers hung up on me when I called to ask to be reimbursed for charges they had already charged to my credit card. Do not use these Mover Helpers. DO NOT USE “Fast and Friendly!” 206-724-8651. They are unreliable, and have poor business ethics. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

This is not in regards to this particular location, but I want to commend the lady who arranged our pick up and drop off. I initially submitted my reservation online. I then called to change the reservation and the lady I spoke with was amazingly helpful. She found a truck closer to the home we were moving and the little elves you have behind the scenes continued to work to find a truck on Friday Harbor, so we didn't have to load the truck on a ferry. Everything fell into place beautifully and I so appreciate the work that was done to make it happen. Thank you for truly caring about your customers! I so appreciate it!

It was expensive to only use it for one day (picked up in Kirkland and dropped off in Vancouver WA in one day). Even though it was a one way trip, it was only approx. 180 miles. $220 was a bit much. You should give the option of a 1 day rental when the locations are easy to get to. Other than that...great

I was charged extra for fuel inspite of me telling that I matched the fuel mark. Though the charge wasn't much still I am unhappy that the manager didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

I think the way you have the vehicles set to leave the lot is sort of poorly planned. 85th is pretty packed most of the time, and since you are on the corner, turning right out of your lot is not great. If you instead had us exit onto a side street, it would have been much easier I think.

Come with a 2" ball and a flat 4 light connector and you're good to go. Access to the trailer pickup is on the back side of the RED painted curb so access to pick up and drop off is a bit tricky.

The one thing I did not like about the experience was the "scare tactic" to make an extra $10 on the liability insurance by trying to scare people about what their own private auto insurance won't cover. The rental car companies do this too and it borders on scam. If your customers really would be responsible for $25,000 or more in the event of a major accident, it seems to me you'd want to run some kind of check on them to make sure they are good for it.

It could be better organized. For example, you have to fill out the paper work after getting the trailer installed. They wanted you to move, which makes it hard to find a place to park.

Everything was fine getting the truck except I had told them we were taking the truck to Chelan and the closest drop off they said was East Wenatchee when there was a much closer drop off. There is one in Chelan by the BB bridge.

The furniture pads were filthy. These should have been checked before they were given out. We rented the truck for what we thought was a full day, but found out when we picked up the truck that it had to be returned by 2:00. The confirmation email should have specified that the truck needed to be returned by 2:00 so we would have had advance notice. That's just poor customer service.

Online reservations need to mesh up with the Uhaul locations better. I reserved a truck for 3 days only to find out that my local Uhaul store had booked the truck I reserved for a one way trip on the next day. The on-line reservation allowed me to book a 3 day rental on a truck that was slated to be rented the next day.
Ken, who helped me, did some shuffling and was able to accommodate my 3 day rental, but probably at another customer's expense.

The 10 foot trucks get excellent gas mileage! I got the truck with a full tank, and I drove about 25 miles, and I only had to put $1.87 worth of gas in it to get it back up to full!!!

Everyone at the site was incredibly friendly. However, the truck itself was not clean at all. Someone had spilled some something nasty on the console which had dripped down onto the floor. The cab also was very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in quite awhile.
