As for your equipment, and locations, they were clean , well maintained, polite and courteous. As for your representative at your 1-800 number, I can't say the same. The woman there didn't seem to know who had equipment I could use, nor did she return her call to me to let me know where and when I could pick it up. I was already in a bad spot that day, and having to hunt for three hours to find a location which had what I needed, waiting over an hour for a call that didn't come, I still used Uhaul due to my previous good service.

We waited for 2 hours and got set to three different locations and then they' marked the gas wrong didn't give me the equipment I ordered and made it so part of our help the strong men we had only till 230 and didn't pick up the truck till 12 to 1230 which left my husband to do almost all of it alone. I have retired many times from uhaul and have never been his upset about a rental. My number is 561-386-4314 and my name is lynda I tried to call someone that they gave me a name and number and number to get a discount however I only get a busy signal

Inventory management for furniture dollies is non existent. It wasn't in the location that I picked up although I was confirmed for one. When I tried to pick one up at the drop off location l, they had search for one wven though I was again confirmed for one.
