Front Desk, the young lady tried to charge me for two day's upon return. When it wasn't even the full 24hrs or 48hrs to be exact. I was unhappy with that service.
I have rented from this location several times and never had this problem.

Customer service was quick and efficient. Return check of truck was thorough and efficient. I would only suggest a step to get into the truck. I am short and slipped out of the truck and struggled to get in.

Upon arrival agent was on her phone was not pleasant at all. All she wanted to do was argue with me. never asked any questions just handed me contract and pointed outside. Van was dirty on both outside and inside when i returned it i asked return guy why truck was dirty and he said well at least you dont have to wash it sir! not a good experience at all. Will not be using this facilty EVER again and I rent for my business once or twice a month... Very bad experience

The truck was from Canada and registered in Km so it was a little confusing. The driver's door would stick and was very difficult to get out of several times. I would call it unsafe! I know it is an older truck but this one needs to go..
