When I picked up my truck my passenger side tire only had 20 lbs of air the other side had 80 lbs. The transmission was slipping. On the car hauler the tire straps kept coming loose. We had to make severa stops to secure my truck. The whole trip was a very bad experience.

No improvements necessary. This was the only UHaul facility open on a Sunday, which was the day I needed it. The owners were very helpful, knowledgeable and very willing to help in any way that they could. I would definitely use this location again.
