I rec'd a very dirty muddy and wet truck . I made due as my job depends on meeting a deadline however it was a mess! After renting from this location for years I was given $15 for this very poor experience. Lesson learned

The location opened at 9am. Several customers were waiting outside the store when the employee pulled up at 9am on the dot. I am not questioning his punctuality; I am bringing to attention the idea that opening at 9 should really mean open and operational at 9am. Not turning the lights, heat, computers, etc. on at 9am and having your customers wait as much as 30 minutes to begin working through picking up their rental. In the end, this is lost time for uHaul and lost money. Other than that, solid rental experience.

The 12 volt charger was not working - probably a fuse out. Only figure this out 100 miles into trip when need it.

1. The man who originally helped me gave me the wrong information to sign; it had someone else's name and info at the top, which I didn't notice until later. 2. While I was moving, a woman called and practically yelled at me, stating I didn't leave a credit card number, which I did. She was very rude, demanding I tell her what time I was going to return the truck. I said I rented the truck for 6 hours, and that's what it'd take. She was adversarial even when I tried to return the truck. 3. On the Uhaul info, it says they are open until 5 pm on Sundays. I tried to return the truck at 4:15 and they were closed; no one told me they closed at 4. I would not rent from this location again, because of too many mistakes and unprofessional behavior.

The owner is not a nice person at all. She complained the entire time and has an attitude with her customers. I would NEVER recommend this place and I will never rent from here again!

The mileage when I picked up the truck was 60877 not 60873. So I paid $4 extra, which isn't much. However imagine how many people this happens to!

This was a very quick and friendly establishment. Fair prices and very convenient. The location is a bit tight as far as parking space is concerned but overall I was pleased with my experience!
