I originally ordered my truck from a differeny place in town and a different size truck. They never called to let me know it changed. When I called they had to call back and seemed surprised I called.

I had reserved a 20 foot truck and a tow for my car.
I wound up first being told to pick up my truck and tow 5 HOURS SOUTH of me.lus at 12 pm when I asked for 8am pick up time. ( That would have been 10 hours of driving BEFORE even loading the truck.) I called on it - and because it was Labor Day weekend you had trouble finding me another truck.
Ultimately I had to pick up a 17 foot truck, almost 1 hour away and at 9:30am instead of 8am. And then pick up the tow at a separate Uhaul office.
Due to getting a smaller truck, my husband had to drive BACK to our old place and pack up our minivan with what was left PLUS tie up things to the roof of the car as well.
You have a guarantee about having the equipment that your customers reserve. I didn't get ANY of the 3 guaranteed items - size, location OR time.
Please compensate me the $50. Thank you.
