I reserved a 24 foot truck well in advance and called morning of to confirm. When I got there they only had a 20 foot truck. So I was not able to move all my things in the time allotted. I had planned everything very carefully and got the larger truck so I could save money in the long run when it came to hiring movers. Guess what? I ended up spending almost twice as much and needed to use up every favor from friends to move BECAUSE the smaller truck didn't fit all my stuff. Thanks U-haul. I will never go with your company again if I can avoid it. Thanks to you my moving day was an absolute nightmare.
