Figure out a way to ensure that the tank has been filled to full before passing it to the next customer. I received my van at 7/8 full and although the current Uhaul system estimates how many litres I must fill to get from 3/4 to 7/8, it appears that I overshot the 7/8 mark on refilling and thus paid for someone else's negligence. This should not be the case; the customer should only be accountable to fill up what they used.
I was told that it is not Uhaul's policy to fill up their trucks to full; I am strongly considering using another provider next time who will ensure that their trucks are full when I rent, so that I can be completely accountable to fill back up to full when done, thus ensuring that I am only filling up the amount that I used.

When we returned the rental there were 6 others returning rentals and only 1 person serving. It took almost one hour to do the return. There was a mobile home parked in the front of the location and it was making moving around with the rental almost impossible and nobody was there directing anything.
This also happened the last time we rented from this location....I think next time we will choose a different location even if it is further away.

perfect experience, neighbour asked us if it was true the price was really $19.98 per day, like they didn't believe it even though it was on side of truck. They are going to rent truck in future as well. Great service and great deal.

I would never rent from uhaul again almost every time that I have there has been mistakes this time the truck was not at the location I was told it would be at the store was closed! So than I had to go out of my way to call into the uhaul call center to find out where to pick up my truck very unimpressed and unprofessional

I tried to return my truck earlier but the lot was too congested so came back next day and line up out the door still congested. The service we received was great and the lady was working at front desk was very professional. The is a poor location to drop off vehicles and also park your vehicle to drive home.

Nothing to improve, people actually answered the phone and was able to set up rental quickly. I had to call again because I needed more time, again my call was answered and I was helped. Associates helpful over the phone and pleasant and professional in person. This is extremely important to me and I hope that the people there will get the information from this survey.

The service centre was very busy at 7am. Approx 12 people were in line waiting for their vehicles.
I know this is a unique time period but extra staff should be on start up duty on busy days.

Very long line on a Saturday morning 7am. There was approximately 15 people in line. I'm sure some didn't get out of there for at least an hour. I was half way in the line and was out by 7:30..

Arrived at 656 a.m. ..( to pick pmreserved truck), .Went in office....girl in office abruptly tells me " WE ARE NOT OPEN YET ," I waited 4 minutes then went back in office and go my truck. here was only 1/2 tank of fuel in he truck. Don't know why you wouldn't receive a full tank when going long distances. Anyway...dealt with that.

Let me clarify. This uhaul location has always been great to me prior to my last rental. I was double charged after I returned a trailer after hours and even called twice the following morning to confirm it had been booked back in. I was assured it would be verified, I was told this condescendingly as though I had no business asking for this verification, I got no return call which they told me I would receive (after having called twice), and after all of this I was charged for the 2nd day (with an email receipt stating that the trailer was booked back in at 5:30pm of the second day). I am disappointed in the unprofessional tone and conduct of the staff during this transaction. This has never happened to me before.

I reserved the truck to be picked up on Saturday May 5th and when I went to pick it up at 10 in the morning they said it wasn't available till 630 at night

I had booked at a different location and they went ahead and switched locations on me without informing me....very upset. U-Haul should have delivered my rental to the place I booked it at if they were making a last minute change......not good customer service!

I had reserved a one way 14' truck only to find when I got there they only had a 24' truck for me. I made a reservation 3weeks ahead for May 4 and they called me on Tuesday April 30 to confirm for May 1. When I told the girl she had it wrong I thought we had set up the right time for May 4. On May 3 I stil had not received a confirmation call ado I called the location. Another girl told me my reservation had been cancelled and there was no new reservation for me.

reserved a 20 foot truck....showed up at 11:30 for a 9am reservation and said they won't have the truck ready until 1:00pm. I had to take a 14 truck instead. next morning drop off was a nightmare.....waited for about 30 minutes just to drop off. never again.
