The wait for my reserved truck was not that long, but there were other people there who had been waiting for hours. Also I rented a furniture dolly but was not given one. The representative did waive that fee but overall the feeling of that store is very very poor.

the advertisement on the truck read "...$19.95" my bill total was $208. 50 NOT ACCEPTABLE!. i hope to never have to use your company again.

Manager charged me extra for gas $30,said it should be 1/4 missed by inches by $2 manager said it was 1/8 not true. I had left my card number and he charged me, could have called me gave me benefit I did put gas back in.

Sorry I have no names for these employees, so I'll have to describe them by race and size. So my horrific experience was with the Caucasian girl, who checks you in. She was downright bland, with a mean look on her face the whole time with no customer service etiquette at all. She didn't even crack a smile both of the days that I was there, to pick up and return the van. She created a very hostile environment for everyone that came in. She came off mean like she wanted to fight you, not grateful to have your business. The van blew hot hair onto your legs once you started driving, at some points almost burning your chins and there was nothing that you could do to turn the vent off or direct it from your legs. Also, the sounds coming from the engine were loud and it was very difficult to pick up any speed with heavy clunking noises being made. The lighter skinned black girl with the braids swooped on top of her hair was very ghetto acting and unprofessional having conversations about things with the Caucasian girl that had nothing to do with work and speaking about things about work in a very unprofessional manner, tone and dialect . The tall somewhat overweight black girl that was there when I returned the van on Monday, who seemed to be the manager that everyone asked questions to, was pleasant acting. She was the only bright spot in the location. The black somewhat overweight black guy who did the final inspection when I brought the truck back, was bland and basically expressionless when he did the annoying final walk through on the van. He did a bunch of checks at the end that the white girl did not do at the beginning. He had me check the front lights, the front blinkers, the parking lights and then went to the back and had me run a series of test on those lights. He opened up the van back door and checked there to for damage. I guess he was doing his job. He was professional sounding, just no smiles, pleasantness or helpfullness at all, and I would have been surely pissed if something was wrong with any of thethings he checked because the Caucasian girl didn't do this at the beginning and I could of been held liable if anything was wrong. They said there were no discounts for AARP, no matching rates from competitors, and there were no coupons anywhere on the web that I could find. Budget has all of these things plus a 20% discount just because. Best be sure I'll be going to budget next time and will telll all my friends, family and business colleagues. Just an overall horrible experience that left me feeling taken advantage of and like was an annoyance for even stepping into their establishment. Bad job Uhaul.

I reserved for an 11am p/u I drove off the lot 40/45 mins later, the truck I was to have they couldn't find the keys, I had to wait again for the girl to get another key. We went to get the dolly to use the back of it was broke but still useable, we had to extend the contract to 24hrs & we couldn't use the lock, the keys didnt work! We had to run to lowes to buy another lock that costs me 8$.. When I returned the truck I was not returned my rental agreement & pg&e bill.. I just think for a Friday or any given day to rent more than two people should work, if they both are at the counter they have to go out after to pull the truck out that leaves others waiting & if the person helping you can't get all the info in the computer they have to wait until the other person either comes in or they go looking for them.. I just feel this's system makes the wait time longer & the trucks can should be checked better, keys to the lock, etc... Now I have to make another trip to go pick up my belongings hoping they still have my property.

When I returned the truck I received poor customer service from all staff including the Assistant Manager, they were three people, standing behind the desk and no one asked me, If I needed help in returning the Moving Truck. Instead I asked if someone could help me, they all looked at me with a attitude, the manager said one employee was off duty, another employee had just finished waiting on another customer, that leaves two employees behind the counter, neither one asked if they could help me. No one apologized to me, for letting me stand there for at least 30 seconds or so. Finally one employee came around the counter, summons me to follow her to the truck, she asked me questions concerning the truck, and then verbally said what my charge was, then walked away with her back turned and said have a great day!!

Casey was so professional and warm! Richard i think, the caucasian yard guy on sat was Stellar!!! Helped me with my own car with a jump start and still managed other clients! He and Casey genuinely happy to help me!thank you for having them there, blessings sincerely Archie Bell
