After unloading the truck we had noticed the seal on the dolly had been broken, i own my own dolly so i had no reason to use the one on the truck. After explaining this to the guy working i was still charged for use of the dolly when it had never moved, the zip tie needs to be stronger so it doesnt break and people do not get charged for sonething they dont use.

The guy who helped us hook up the trailer was very helpful. Everyone else seemed disorganized. We tried to call ahead and they never answered the phone so it defaulted to the national number who couldn't help us. Communication should have been better.

I used a 26' truck from the east ridge rd. location. The truck had 190,000 miles on it, and it barely started everytime (it usually took 2-3 times turning the key in the ignition). The brakes were in very poor condition, i was hoping they held up while i still had the truck. Felt like i was driving a deathtrap. The worst part is that it was raining during my move and the roof leaked somewhere in the front of the truck causing damage to some of my stuff. Will be looking elsewhere if i need another moving truck.

The guy checking the trucks in was storming around and yelling because he was overloaded with returns. it was quite uncomfortable. I don't think I will use UHaul or recommend UHAul to anyone.

Attendants failed to check my vehicle in in a timely fashion. I waited with my truck for almost 40 minutes for an attendant, as per the signs at the location.

the best I have ever seen. The service people were polite and friendly and the return only took a few seconds. I had my reciept before I got back to my office.

first of all, I would like to thank the rep chris t. at the 1875 e ridge rd for making a awful experience better. on that note, I filed a complaint because of a error that was made in the pick up location initially. my daughter graduated from college mid may, and my husband called 4-25-13 to reserve a truck for 1 way travel to move her from Rochester to Syracuse for 6/1/13. My husband called several times to confirm reservation, and was given pick up location on long pond rd in Rochester ' never once was it mentioned that due to the rental being a 1 way rental that the pick up location could change. we drove to Rochester for pick up at location we were given to find out rental was for pick up at location in Geneva , which the person I spoke w/ claims we requested. first of all, why would I request a Geneva pick up and then past that exit on thruway 3 exits prior to Rochester. then initially we were told no rentals were available until following week. I would've had to pay 1 additional week of rental on my daughter's apt, plus make another trip back to Rochester for a error I know I didnt make. after being told there was nothing that could be done, and I placed rental for following week for pick up location 5 minutes from my daughter apt. I went to location to make sure everything was correct, and chris t ended up going the extra mile and got a rental for us 6/1 at 3pm because he confirmed a rental was being dropped off early. I filed a complaint because I missed a baby shower for my neice that was scheduled later in the day to allow me time to get back home to Syracuse. my neice resides out of town, so I missed the shower, and I would like to be compensated in some way for this, such as a credit for 1/2 of the rental. I was told I would hear back from someone in 48 hrs regarding filing a complaint, and havn't been contacted yet.pls contact me at home @ 315-425-6261

Get some employees that are not in rush to lie to you and push you out the door. This was my WORST EXPERIENCE with u-haul ever. They don't listen to what you are saying, truck did not have a working horn, this location does not answer their phone and does not return phone calls. They charged a card i asked them not to use, which caused me problems. I will be filing a official complaint against uhaul, this location and the 2 employees we had to deal with on this move. I will not forget the problems this move and your employees has caused me.

No wants to rent a truck that falling apart and old. Then you are told that you responsible for any damage when they don't give you a walk around to check if there is any damage before you take it. You have a sign that that say that there will be a 25.00 for not cleaning the truck but you rent it dirty
