I rented from this location several times, and everything was the same each time. It was a great service, nice clean trucks you can't ask for anything else except a free rental.

WINFRED CFirstly, your customer service representative is the face of your business and should be selected carefully. Once I walked through the door and said, “Good afternoon” I was met with, “What?” I had to double take to recenter myself as I was flabbergasted by the treatment I received within 5 seconds through the door. I felt like she was being racist because what else could have warranted how she treated me. Rudeness and disrespect I will never accept from anyone. If she wasn’t apart of the experience I would definitely recommend it as the process was easy and convenient. While the truck wasn’t clean it was not unbearably dirty. She ruined my experience totally.
