Every things were great in this location. The only issue was that the store supposed to open at 7:00 am but they did not open until 7:45 am. I hope that does not happen in the future.

Hello,
I have rented many U-hauls, from many locations. This location has treated me exceptionally well!!! From the time I called I had 3 different people handle my service. The gentleman who reserved my truck and gave me the quote was awesome. Then when I arrived it was another gentleman who met me as they were just opening at 7a.m.. He was exceptional. Finally when I returned the truck it was another gentleman, i think the manager, not sure, but he was amazing also.
I highly recommend this location and the rest of the locations can learn a thing or two from the U-Haul staff at 375 N 7th Ave, Scranton, PA.
I rarely take the time to do these surveys. However this is one time it was warranted. People that treat me that well deserve a compliment. Exceptional customer service!!

Just wanted to say what a great experaince I had. Everyone was pleasent and spent the extra time with me to make sure I was getting something that would work for my situation. To the point of phyiscally measuring the trailer to validate the actual dimensions. Overall great experaince.

Gas in the vehicles should be full so the customer doesn't have to fill up prior to start of journey if he has a distance to go. Sales people very polite and professinal.

The employees were not as friendly as I would expect.at drop off the person was a little more friendly And more knowledgeable.the windshield inside was terrible.couldn't see too well at night.this wasn't the best experience I ever had at uhaul.

Hi, I recently needed the use of a ramp, for the pick up truck i rented. They had no such ramp. Would you be able to provide these in the future ? I would pay up to 15.00 to prevent what almost happened to the motorcycle when it fell..Just a suggestion :) More Capital :)

The only counter person was friendly and helpful. However there was a long line, constant phone ringing, and rude customers complaining of the wait. God bless him for keeping his patience and professionalism. He needs more help!

I cann't remember if I was told their is a fee for using the drop cloth and hand truck. I thought they would be free with the truck rental. I would just tell the customer up front their is a fee for using such items.All in all I was pleased with my truck rental and the staff was excellent. Great location!

The company needs to use a better method of determining if someone used a dolly. The zip tie that is used is very fragile. I did not use the dolly, however the tie was broken during the move and I was charged for using the equipment, even though I did not need/use it.

Hard to find door from vehicle drop off location. Maybe some kind of signage. Also outside lot guy seemed a bit grumpy. Could have been a bit friendlier and helpful.
