One of the employees was pretty rude, and the other seemed to have no idea of what he was doing. My order kept getting mixed up with the customer's next to me, which was a bit awkward for both of us. I would only suggest this location to a friend that lived near by, for the shear sake of convenience.

The desk seemed understaffed for a Sunday morning, but I was very impressed with Chris. Usually I feel irritated when some one is helping 3 people at once, instead of getting me on my way. I did have to wait a little bit in between stages of making my reservation, but hardly. Chris was very communicative and efficient, even though he was multitasking. I haven't rented vehicles very much, and often feel like I will be surprised by hidden fees or surprise charges somehow. Thanks to Chris I felt well informed and confident that I could avoid any extra charges - Thanks Chris.

Better, faster IT (computer) support.
The manager was using a personal printer. Could not get a replacement from the organization for a few days. This caused significant delays in the store.
The manager was courteous and understanding but lacking a functional computer system did cause stress and delays

Fix the reservation system. Pick ups set at the wrong location ("oh, your address is correct, your reservation shows your local desired location, but someone entere the wrong location code an your pick up is 1/2 hr drive away"). I move every spring and back in the fall. Of the last 6 moves, there have been 4 reservation screw ups at U-Haul central found when I go to get the truck.

This drop-off was provided at last minute and not the preferred one closer to our destination. After indicating this to woman rep, she empathetically said they would credit us some additional time for delivering equipment to your preferred location. Upon delivering the equipment, the U-Haul attendant said that was all and we left - only to discover an extra $59.29 had been charged our credit card for the extra hour delivering the vehicle. When I called to request a credit for this charge, the very pleasant woman said she can't find the receipt in your system - and without the receipt, she couldn't process any credit. Now waiting for call back to finish this long, overly involved U-Haul service episode...

I traveled 30 miles to pick up some free furniture on Craigslist; however, the tailgate once opened broke off and was unable to close. So we left without getting the furniture, making it a wasted trip. And someone else afterward got the furniture. I wasted $90 in paying for UHaul services and mileage. I'm a really nice person and am not really confrontational. I never said anything when I dropped of the vehicle; however, I feel like I should get my money back now. My name is Richard Plute. I checked out a UHaul pickup truck on 05/13 and returned it today on 05/14. Thanks.

Although we were challenged on the extra day at drop off, they were willing to wait for a call from Sherry the next day to confirm our agreement. Men were very courteous. All went well. We did not have any other issues with the truck at all. Thank you.

The location and the equipment was fine, but there was only one guy working. He was handling three people at once and if he hadn't been as good and FAST as he was it would have taken twice as long.

There was one lady trying to check three customers at the same time. She did a good job but the process would have went smoother if she had some help.
Our uhaul truck was in need of maintenance. The drivers side blind spot morror was loose and would move while driving, the drivers side seat belt was very loose and most likely need to be replaced, and the service parking brake light came on.
Last but not least we received a rude phone call the morning after we returned the truck from an employee saying that the truck needed to be returned. We were confused because we returned the truck around 630pm the night before. I spent about five minutes on hold while I waited for employees to figure it out.
I have used uhaul for previous moves and this by far was my worst experience.

The web page needs work. I made an on-line reservation, then had to go back to change the amount of time I would need the truck. Somehow, without any input from me, the pick-up location was changed. Luckily, the original location had a truck available,

Could not get ahold of anyone at this location. Turned in trailer after hours. Took 2 days and numerous phone calls to ensure trailer was checked in.
