The lady was very helpful.
I did have a issue with my pick up and drop off loaction.I was not imformed of these changes. Uhaul changed the locations so I went to the wrong uhaul dealer to pick up the truck. The return address was not the one I selected so we had to change that pick up address. I believe confimation by a person beats computer any day!

$30.00 service fee for fuel is too large. I had put $20.00 in gas back in the truck (54miles = ~5.0 Gallons) and fell short of the expected amount back...so instead of a $130.00 bill, it was +$50 more (20 in gas and 30 in fee)....an honest mistake cost me, I felt a bit overcharged for that, when I could have just added another $10.00 while I was pumping already. Thanks.

at pick up location/ fire the golf cart mechanics and get some skilled personnel... trailer lights not pretripped and tow chains not applied correctly..getting the frozen back door open without damage/ instructing Cindy on the use of the light checker/and after switching trucks to the already loaded trailer.I was offered a job on the spot, and am heavily Considering their offer ;}~

Vehicle was not clean. MPG is horrible on these units = 5.5. The "upsell" package attached to the sidewall - pads and dolly - take up MY space that I rented and I can't move them without paying more. Location is nice. Good people. Just too expensive with all the costs.

tried to rent a tow dolly. it took several trys to get your rental system to allow us to rent it. We even had to change tow vehicles. when I got the dolly home, the vehicle I needed to tow, WOULD NOT FIT ON THE TOW DOLLY. I returned the dolly and was not charged for the rental but the system would not allow the agent to cancel the rental agreement, so I agreed to pay for only the insurance I had agreed to add to the contract. In the end I lost several hours of my time and $8.00 to protect the tow dolly. I finally called a tow truck. Tow dolly rental $48.00 Insurance $8.00, Tow Truck cost $150.00.

Nothing. I was the best experience I have ever encountered with UHaul. I have had some bad experiences before specifically the one ine Loves Park, IL. Very rude at that one. I could not believe it. This person that helped up yesterday was fantastic. She was very personable and professional. I would tell all my neighbors in this area where I live to use this UHaul.
