Straight forward and candid. I tried to get the issues corrected that were created on the months corner side, I was told that was not an option. He was very professional and informative.

MURILLO BIssues experienced with delay at check in not something location can resolve.....U Haul system/platform and app were extremely slow to complete check-in
Robert GI had made the original reservation at one address, and my truck ended up being at a different address 30 minutes away. I do not feel like U-Haul adequately notified me that they had switched my pick-up location. Additionally, once we got to the correct pick-up location, the process of trying to check in on the app was not efficient, as the pick-up location was in an area with very poor service. Luckily, I was able to go inside and have someone manually check me in, but again, U-Haul did not make it clear to me that I had opted to do a virtual check-in process.
