I was charged for 2 gallons of gas but I am 100 percent sure that I filled the tank only a couple miles down the street. I have a witness. I will call later to demand the money back. I have the receipt to prove it.

The location itself was fine and the people very helpful at that location. Making the reservation with Uhaul was beyond painful. I tried for over a month to make a reservation but it was continually moved to an unacceptable location an hour away. I called in many many times. I finally gave up on renting the largest truck available and went with Penske instead. I then rented a trailer the following weekend to finish up. That reservation process was also painful and lengthy. If any other rental agency rented trailers I most certainly would not have bothered with Uhaul. The only thing your company has going for it is that they are cheaper than all the rest. Even than wasn't enough though to keep me for the rental of the truck. The trailer I had to rent from uhaul due to ANY other option. I almost just used my SUV back and forth rather than rent it. The truck only had one functioning tail light but there wasn't another trailer so I drove behind my husband and the trailer after dark. Miserable experience.

When you confirm a truck and trade for a customer at a certain time and to be at a certain location Have the truck and trailer there. I reserved a truck trade and dolly. I got a truck and uhaul wanted me to travel an additional 70 miles to get a trailer. Also the appliance dolly was not available. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Completely ruined my moving plans and time frame.

I requested that my credit card not be charged for the final amiount due as I was coming in the next morning with cash to pay it. I got there at about 9:30 am and my card was already charged. I was told they had to do that as the van was reserved for later that day but if I got a call me to let me know that this was going to happen I would have gone there immediately to pay them. I live 3 miles from the location so there would not have been a problem with my getting there right away.

The keys were locked in the van when we arrived at 1:00pm for our reservation. No one made sure the van was ready prior to the time we came to take it. They let us extend our time, but all of the people we lined up to help were waiting over an hour for the van. I think they should have given us the other truck in the lot, or done something to help us.

This location does not put seals on the furniture pads, this was empty, or dolly, so when the vehicle is returned, they charged me for both. They also charged me for 18 furniture pads when only 12 were in the truck. I was also charged a cleaning fee for a perfectly clean vehicle. I will never rent here again.

Vehicle slide up door was broken due to missing overhead door roller. The vehicle was very hard starting. When filling up gas before returning vehicle, I was stuck in gas station for over an hour. I called 800 Uhual customer service and was very disappointed with the service. In short, I had a terrible experience with UHaul and will never rent another vehicle from you!

I would recommend making it clear that even though the renter has a reservation, IF the rental is NOT picked up within a certain timeframe of the start of the rental, the rental could then be given to someone else. I found this out by happenstance in a discussion. The rental was new, clean and issue free. Very good experience.

My third time using them ,and it was the Best !I've ever dealt with. They seem to always have the exact vehicle I need. Also very friendly , quick and swift ,and friendly .This round ,i.needed just a cargo van, and they had it ,and they're very hard to find for a round trip.

You need to upgrade your computer systems. The fellow checking out had to resubmit the customer ahead of me 3 times before it worked. When it was my turn, same issue, and he had to call your support center. No very customer friendly or timely.

while the location was great and the service was okay, we were charged for items we did not rent. We returned the truck, but the time we returned it was not the time that was noted on our receipt, so we were charged for an extra day. We have rented here numerous times and always had a good experience, but I don't think it fair of U-Haul to charge us for an entire extra day rental for bringing the truck back 1 1/2 hours later than we rented it the day before. I think some lenience should be given here...I especially think we need to be reimbursed for the dolly and cloths we did not rent.

I return the truck at 430pm (due 4:51pm) the next day and the guy at the counter said he will email the receipt later. The receipt says the truck was checked in at 5:12pm. I am being charged an extra day? What kind of business are you guys running. I wasn't late with my return.

I had trouble finding this location because I moved here from Vermont. I was 15 minutes late because I got lost and I was charged an extra day. I busted myself so hard to get everything in storage. If I knew I would get charged an extra day I would have kept it. The original allowed milage DID NOT INCLUDE MILAGE TO DROP OFF UHAUL AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS. I truly feel this was unfair. If i was 30 minutes late or even an hour late, fine just charge me. But charge me an extra day? Awful

Vehicle came 7/8th fueled. Your computer system requires a better way for the renting agent to update /correct fueled level (vs. Full , as shown online). Otherwise, location staff were very helpful.
