There was no one there during the daytime. Just parked the van on a gravel space and left the keys in the drop box.

The location was barren.
Betsy EAlthough the customer service was responsive by answering the phone, they stated multiple times that they “don’t do U Haul” despite being on the possible locations and having trucks on site. The most frustrating part was poorly marked locations for drop off. I picked up at a large empty lot, but the lot was full at drop off.
Michael GI returned the truck on time on day 6 as per the agreement but was charged an extra day. I am not happy about that at all.
Rob COriginal reservation was cancelled due to wrong time. I was told the location was 7 miles away. I was sent the address, it was 41 miles away. Get to the location and My Garage said they don't know why Uhaul sent me, they are not set up yet. Sat there for 2 hours trying to pick up the truck. Ms. Shannon helped me get it picked up. App wouldn't pick up my location. Finally get the truck. Same nightmare trying to check the truck back in. Absolutely worse experience.
