I reserved the truck online at another location. When I arrived at that location I was informed that the truck was not there not would they bring it to me. Since I was renting a vehicle I did not drive my own so I walked in the rain to the new location.
While the truck was clean, the washer fluid was obviously not checked. This I discovered on the highway when I encountered a snow squall and needed to clear the windshield. I had to pull over several times on a dangerous highway to splash bottled water to try and clear the dirt.

This uhaul location is the best i have used so far. Staff is nice. Ive had some mixed experiences from other uhauls, this one is good so far.
The Team at 207 West Rd is very quick to help their customers and are all so hospitable. Well done guys.
When I dropped off the trailer there was only one very small spot to put it. The back in was tight and impossible because of other trucks and vehicles obstructing. It was pouring rain. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to drop the trailer and go rather than fuss around with parking. I really appreciated that.

The windshield and side mirrors were dirty with white streaks and the truck was out of washer fluid. All of the other truck windshields were fine but for some reason the one I had was not.
However, the staff was very prompt in fixing the issue and filled up the washer fluid right away. So I want to say the staff there was very friendly, efficient and professional and I would rate the staff very highly.
Very little parking outside of those for a rental.
Awesome customer service on probably the busiest day of the month... Really appreciated the friendliness of all the staff that tries to accommodate my request last minute.

You can't use debit visa at this location. Although Uhaul website says you can. This frustrating issue made me an hour late to help a friend move.
I originally had my van reserved at 2574 St.Clair Ave. West. The store was a UPS store and I was confused as to why Uhaul was working out of there. There the lady said that they have no vans. She and her co-worker didn't seem to care that I needed a van and continued working to deal with other customers. I then got a little mad and asked what can be done as I needed the van. The man there called 207 Weston Rd. location and they had a van. I was told to hurry as they were closing. Once at the 207 location the customer service was excellent and the people there were very nice and helpful by staying late to help me.

Convenient and efficient pick up/drop off. Good customer service, but the rented truck had low tire pressure and no windshield fluid - safety should always be a priority.
Get rid of the Toronto location:186 mudlock rd. They closed for the day and I didn't receive the van I requested. The location is dirty and filled with garbage. (I'm pretty sure someone is living in a tent on the property). Luckily, I was relocated to Weston St and they really loved their job. Plus they had great Halloween decorations.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There were having fun at work. On a Sunday that's good. My only complaint would be the vehicles driver side mirror. It needs some work.
All Canadian self storage was absolutely amazing. I was under the impression they opened at 8am on Sunday's but it was actually 10am. My movers were already onsite waiting to move my stuff into a storage unit. Despite their later opening hours they were able to help me out right away and issued a storage unit. They were friendly, helpful, and saved me a ton of stress. You guys rock!!!!
Truck was low on hydraulic fluid, hard to steer and uneven braking. Explicitly declined dolly and furniture pads, and was dismayed to find them installed inside truck by default, taking up valuable maneuvering and packing space. Inconsistent promises between different staff members resulted in me being charged for two days instead of one, greatly increasing my costs. I would not even have discovered this overage if I hadn't gone it to double check that they recovered the truck the next day. As well, I was charged by default for the dolly and furniture pads which I did not use (and remained visibly zip-tied shut inside the truck.)
HOWEVER. All three staff members whom I dealt with were fantastically friendly, polite, and helpful. Tracey was super friendly, and Annissa was likewise amazing. There was a new employee there as well training with Annissa, and she was also helpful and friendly. All of the overage charges were reversed, and I was charged the correct amount, and given a receipt for the corrected transaction.
In fact, the customer service was so good that I would still rate this experience positively, and would rent from this location again.
But please, take better care of your trucks.

The rental proses took me about 15 mins, there was no pressure no hard upsell, perfect! If I had one negitive to point out, the van had a change engine oil on... A little concerning but no big deal;p
Great location beside storage units. Staff courteous and van was delivered ahead of schedule. Van operated well but was not very clean inside. Perhaps staff did not take the time to do a thorough cleaning as my husband was already there to pick it up.
The location and staff were great - only problem was the 4x8 closed trailer I rented was not waterproof, as rain somehow entered the trailer from below while driving through the rain, resulting in water ending up on the floor of the trailer. Luckily we suffered no damage to our cargo and used a tarp for the rest of the trip, but it was disappointing.
Once again the 1-800 Uhaul hotline couldn't confirm which location I was to drop off my one-way rental. At first they confirmed I could drop it off at the stockyards, then when I arrive there and spend 15 minutes waiting to be served, the staff manager didn't want to accept it and redirected me to another location up the road. I wasted an hour for a return that should have taken 10 minutes.
Waiting pried 25 min in Q. Thats it.
I left the vehicle over night. there was pretty good signage to let you know what to do and when I called in the morning to make sure the van had been checked the employee was friendly.
Someone from the location down the road botched my booking making it for 6 hours when I had specified longer and we had agreed on 10. Annissa fixed it because she rocks. Turf Jordan, promote Annissa.
Pickup truck was new. Ideally clean inside, no tobacco smell. The only problem was - the windshield was dirty and I couldn't clean it with standard wipe from the gas station. The substance looked like glue, mixed with concrete dust.

I had to wait quite awhile to get my vehicle as there was only one person working there. I had also been quite explicit with my needs when I called in my order and when I got my vehicle I saw right away that it was far too small - the person I had ordered from had not actually listened to me and it just wasted my time.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It made the whole experience positive. I am definitely going back.

The location was good and area clean but when we arrived we discovered that the Uhaul unit leaked and everything was very wet including all the boxes in which things were packed, the staff were friendly but could not help us with new boxes or the fact that we had lots of damage but we were on our own. They where helpful in contacting uhaul and getting us a claim # but when I contacted them with the facts they just forwarded us to the insurance company who were much less than helpful. Nothing has been resolved. The insurance said they would call us in 2 days despite the fact that I told them we would not be back in N.S. for a week. Hopefully this will be resolved when we get home. Thank you.

The truck had no fan and no air conditioning on a day that was over 30 degrees.
The fuel tank was marked as "full" when it was only 7/8 full.

Good experiences with large trucks but this makes me think that I should consider other options for the next time I need a van.
Next time you guys call me to confirm that I'll have a truck and motorcycle trailer ready for me at the time I request and then call me last min saying my truck won't be ready until later that day and I have to pick up another truck at a different location . Next time I'll take my buisness elsewhere if that happens again

I filled out the forms on line to reduce the pick up time etc., but the clerk had to ask all the same questions and handle hard copy of the information I had previously given on line ! Made no sense, the on line information gathering obviously was a waste of time !
Every rental I've had here (and I've had many) has always been exceptional. Nice people, reliable equipment, and consistently good service. A++
As some of us are immigrant, it would be better to talk slower specially to first time users of Uhaul :)
We dropped off our vehicle after hours. We were a bit confused as there is another U-Haul dealer located at 335 Weston Rd. so went there first. Seems odd that there are 2 U-Haul dealers so close to each other.
There were no trucks available at the original location that we reserved at, and we were on a tight timeline. It took several calls and visits to two more stores over the course of two hours to get this resolved (we had reserved a truck for 9am and were on our way by about 11:15). All staff were courteous until we asked about the $50 reservation guarantee, at which point we were told to call back on Monday. This is the second time that this has happened this year, with no apologies or indication that the guarantee is ever honoured.
/front line staff are fine. it's your booking / reservation system that is really very bad. You have shoestring operations on the ground and so you route calls through a 1 800 number. But the poor person answering the phone cannot guarantee that a particular location will have what the customer wants at a particular time. Then the person says the customer will get final confirmation in 24 hours. so one waits and then learns that the reservation is in fact not confirmed for that location or not for that time or the particular vehicle is not available. What kind of a semi-real system is this? It's false and it's bad. And so the customer takes it out on the front line staff. Really, is this any way to run a company or to set up front line staff for shouting matches with customers?
Tell us more about how much gas the rentals take and where best to gas in your rental location neighbourhood. This is a small point only to help you help others. You, however, surpassed my expectations in ease and convenience of the rental. It was a smooth and good experience. Thank you.
The rep was amazing, the equipment was clean and in good shape. What more could you ask for?
The truck worked fine with the exception of the A/C which didn't work at all. Glad it wasn't 35c. Also the engine light was on when we returned the truck. Personel were friendly and very helpful.

When you send out a confirmation, you have to include address, I thought I reserved a truck at Lake Shore Blvd location, I wasted 2 hours of my day AT least, not to mention extra charge to pick up + drop off at a far location, not impressed...
Your billing is very confusing. I have received 2 bills now and no one is answering your phone, there is also no voicemail. Very poor service.
We were supposed to fill up our gas half way upon returning the vehicle, as we received the truck half full. When went to fill it up we initially put in 20$ (as we only drove 20km) and the needle did not move on the meter. We then added an additional 30$ and the meter rocketed up finally and it was way past half full when we returned it. We were told to contact corporate to get a rebate on our credit card as we added 50$ of gas and only drove 20km. We would much appreciate being reimbursed for the gas. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Since there are 5 possible Uhaul rental locations on Weston Rd, do your best to ensure the customer knows this to avoid confusion. Obviously there is only so much each location can do to ameliorate this, but an extra "Please note: etc" could go a long way. Thanks.
My bill was charged wrong. I was given a $20 certificate from u-haul customer service stating I could use it against this reservation. I presented it to the girl at the pick up location who said she hadn't used one of these before but would use it when I dropped off the truck. I read over my bill this morning and it wasn't used. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
The service they give is very good and is a pleasure to go to rent a truck in the shop, the store representative Annissa Rodriguez has a very excellent quality of service thanks for that kind of help and service

Staff is very nice, and accommodated me when I had issues (went to wrong location so they transferred my reservation, and provided extended use of truck when I needed it). Location is big and easy to find and park.
The vehicle was picked up with gas tank not full. Drove 77 kms. mostly on the highway. Put 13.002 L of gas and returned the vehicle with fuel gauge past the initial level. The extra fuel charge of $ 9.00 unjustifiable.
Honestly, no room for improvement! The staff working both the morning and evening shifts were absolutely delightful. I was moving so it was a stressful day for me, but the staff at this location really helped to make my experience pleasant. I can't recall her name, but the customer service rep working the evening shift was exceptionally nice and helpful. Very positive experience. Thank you.
The staff at All-Canadian Self-Storage/ U-Haul Rental are consistently great to deal with. When the stress of moving is getting to you, it actually does make a difference to be dealing with people who are sincere, helpful, and professional. A+
This place was great! The front of the UHaul (driver/passenger seat area) smelled like urine, which was rather odd, but other than that everything was perfect. Extremely friendly staff - thanks Luke and Diana!
