Move it to another location less trashy and with friendly, caring staff. Also get trailer painted or restickered; looks horrible! And hitch screw down crushed on one side; I used pliers to tighten onto ball myself!! Ridiculous!

At the time I picked up the unit, I was told that the owner was not in and I had to connect the unit myself, this is an extremely heavy unit, and in the process, the unit fell on my thumb busting it, and while trying to get it into the hitch a person that I thought worked for the dealer, started hitting the unit with a hammer after almost 15 minutes the owner shows up and assisted in getting the unit connected. I loaded the trailer with my furniture got on the road was stopped by a highway patrol cause the trailer had on-and-off lights, found that the light connecting cable looked broken and had been taped together, so I called U-Haul they sent a technician to fix the lights (wonderful friendly guy) was told to unload the trailer cause it might have to be exchanged, the technician replaced the wiring and fixed the trailer lights, so I had to reload the trailer, all with a busted finger. Was supposed to leave Miami at 3:00 pm finally was back on the road at 9:00 pm TERRIBLE EXPERIENCED!

Excellent service. Much better than the other place we rented at 2 weeks ago here in Miami (the other place tried to charge us for 3 days at the time of renting, even when we rented for only 2 days, the lady was rude, and she showed up late, twice, to open the place). Moral: choose your location wisely!

the app is really bad takes about 2 minutes to download which is more than any other app I have seen, and takes forever to do the online return I think it took me like 20 minutes just waiting on the app to load

I think the uhaul app and website for pickups when there’s not someone there needs some help. It stalls and it’s very slow does not let you complete the return very easy

Overall the location was perfect, great customer service and he had all truck size. Just the uhaul truck has we drove away the AC stop working. And it was a super hot weekend with temps feeling like in the 100 and for a moment it rained for like 2 hours and it got hotter.
