overall good but one very poor issue. I was told they would by back any unused new boxes. I brought back some and also had a small charge for the extra day on the dolly. I did not have a receipt with me. They wanted to give me store credit for the boxes but would not apply to the rental on the dolly. i had to use it at some later date. To me it did not make any sense since I only plan on moving rarely. If you offer the buy back I should have been able to apply right then. Did not make me happy. Lynn
Nothing...Service was great...when picking up truck the check out was quick...out the door and on the road with truck in less than 10 minutes.

The service and staff was great. I needed to move my reservation day and time and the guys there had no problem doing it, they were very friendly and helpful.
Explain the insurance better because I said I had insurance and they charge me anyway and now it's going through the customer service department.
They know me by name and I like that all the employees treat me and everyone eles I bring with excul customer service
The truck was a disaster. The truck was poorly maintained and broke down three times on the trip. When we were able to get to a repair location the truck dip stick indicated that the truck had NO OIL. The truck literally shut off while going 70 MPH. To make matters considerable worse. My brother and I were "detained" for several hours at the Border Patrol checkpoint in New Mexico because the truck's plates were reported as STOLEN. We waited several hours as they decided what they were going to do with us. NOT FUN. I will be contacting my attorney this week.
this place is wonderful and has helped us numerous times even after a disasterous online order for another location. thank you for having such a wonderful location
The uhaul I receivedwas dirty and had less then 1/4 tank of gas. Dog hair was EVERYWHERE on the inside of cabin. Empty water bottles, juice bottles and empty tobacco cans found under seats. Rented a tow dolly, vehicle wasnt hooked up properly, tire straps kept coming off. Stopped at another uhaul location during trip for assistance.

The employees didn't greet me or say anything when I walked into the store, I would have felt welcome had they greeted me while I enter the store
My sister recommended this U Haul location on Missouri Ave because the staff is outgoing,efficient,& personable. Bingo on all counts!

Have a closer drop off at the end of our trip. We had to go 10 or so miles outside of the area we live and passed 3-4 other uhaul dealers.

You can start by telling the truth. I picked up and was told one thing. When I returned the truck, I was told something completely different. So the check-in was incompetent OR the check-out stole nineteen dollars from me. I was under the mileage estimate and I filled the tank on return. $29.97 in town pricing is a complete fabrication and somebody should sue you for false advertising.

This move I reserved a truck a dolly and a hand truck online. When I came in at 8am the young man brought me to my truck said it is all set. When we got to the moving location we realized we had blankets a handtruck and no dolly. I had the movers paid for 2 hours and we could not move the furniture. I called to get a dolly and the girl said we do not have any. Then I called back totally frustrated, and they said come pick it up. When I got there the boys argued they didnt have one. Then finally they found one. My movers left at 11 am, I had to come in get a dolly, find another friend to help ME move all the furniture. We finally finished at 4pm, I was charged an additional amount for using more mileage, because I had to make 2 trips thanks to no dolly, and I had said i would use approx 30 miles but actually went 70 due to needing 2 trips, also they charged an addtl $8 because it looked like my gas was off a smidgeon.
All in all I will pay movers $150 to do it themselves while I have cocktails then ever use UHAUL in Clearwater FL ever again.

Truck cab stunk. Checkout kid was confused and ill-trained.
well, you advertise 19.99 per day vehicles, but when I wanted one you only had the 29.99 16', so I really don't think it's fair as availability wasn't my fault.
Update computer addresses. The return address given was a Publix on Hays road in Hudson. There is no UHaul facility there.
Easy in and out..staff was great
Make sure to instructions on after business hours drop off or at least point it out and show me its in the brochure and the customer can read it
the only problem i had was with payment,you had a hold on my account past 6 days and i did not appreciate that at all,it was on 8/25/15 rental and i had to contact both you and my bank to get funds released,that was absurb,all your company had to do was call store location and confirm cash payment,why make it unnecessarily difficult for customer there needs to be more competition in this industry to ensure fair treatment respectfully Gregory Hall
Make customers aware of hidden fees i.e. $1 fee, also staff should know
I got a charged for a dolly which I never asked for and never used and when I called customer service she said it will take 2-3 days to review it and I may or may not get my money back .this is ridicolous ,worst customer service ever.
You lie to me ,charge me something I never used and never asked for and I have to wait 2-3 days and I maybe getting my money back.worst ever .
It is not about the $7 it is the principal. I want my money back immediately!!!never use haul again .you are the worst.

we always use the hall everytime we need anything large move or even anything small. just like you've always been told go with what you know if you see the right thing to do go with u Haul that's what we all know and it's always the right thing to do. customer service they still know what that's all about. they care about your move in your stuff. our family love u Haul. always helpful and dependable.
Forgot to give me my dolly twice. They charged me for it, but never put it in the Uhual. Gave me two separate contracts for my Uhual and car trailer. Even though they told me I could add it on at a later time. Then when I tried to call them about picking up the Uhaul a day early. The manager or staff did not answer the phone so I had to be transferred to the call station. This location never called me back, about picking it up early or the dolly situation.
Everyone at this location was amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, many thanks to Victor and his staff.

I was told my card wouldn't be charged. I explained at the end of the rental, I'd be paying cash. Later that same morning I get my account information online & there is the charge $70.13. After calling customer service I was told that shouldn't have happened and unfortunately I wouldn't be getting my money back for 3 days. The representative at the location was Benjamin. Disappointed I've used U-Haul so much over the years-my info pops up when my number & entered.
The truck's steering was loose. This made the truck more tiring than necessary to drive on the highway.
My experience at UHaul was excellent. Helpful in selecting my packing needs as well as the proper vehicle and dolley. The truck was very clean and organized and the gentleman who assisted me was knowledgable, courteous and made sure I understood the vehicle. I would highly recommend this location.

I have nothing bad to say about this facility but I can never give a place an excellent rating. However, these guys were awesome and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes!! Definitely would recommend them to others.

Reserved a truck for 1 day, paid for 1 day only could be used for 5 hours then I had to have it back.
The man at the said he was sorry that I did not have time to finish my move and that was it.
It was the worst time I've ever had with a truck rental store. At this point I am a very dissatisfied customer. I look forward to see what actions are taken to resolve my problem.. .

Very efficient, had the exact vehicle I had booked ready for pick-up. Used the vehicle all day and had very simple return process. Overall very satisfied, would recommend and use again.
