They need to be a little more thorough when showing people how to attach the trailer to the U-haul, truck, i was a little confused.

The only bad thing I have to say about the U-Haul rental is, FALSE or MISLEANDING advertising. The sign on the truck states, $19.95 @day. When you rent the truck all the other fees are added, totaling $87.00. U-Haul should just tell it like it is and quit misleading the public.

They were more than accommodating . John went over and above. We had a problem with the 2-26' truck rental confirmation but John ( at the Folcroft )was able to get the situation straighten out .Thanks ... we reserved again for the following Week 8/18

Very unprofessional. Overcharged me....I am currently reporting this company including uhaul for overcharging ppl. Will never use uhaul again currently using budge for my long distance move from philadelphia to Atlanta. A lot cheaper plus great great customer service. Will not recommend this company to anybody.

The location I picked up didn't have a dolly so I had to buy one that's a big no no. Then I caught a flat after driving for only 10 mins. Then there was no spare tire so I had to wait 70 minutes for a service truck in 95 degree weather. Then I lost my wallet and couldn't replace the gas and I asked if I can get my deposit back to put gas cause I lost my wallet and couldn't replace the gad and they said no charging me $45 IN GAS. NEVER EVER EVER WOULD I USE OR RECOMMEND UHAUL! If they would of been understanding and allow me to get my deposit back so I can put my own gas to salvage the little money I had left until I get my debit card and credit I would of gave a different review.

The truck I received had the check engine on the whole time and shook on the highway at 50mph. Shaking so bad it was scary to drive over the bridge.

If the pick-up location needs to be changed the customer should be notified within the appropriate time alloted not two days before they are moving that is crazy.
