No rep in site at the time of the drop off just a mechanic. It was after 12 in the afternoon.
The reservation process was great until the morning of pick-up! I was told 45 minuets prior to pick up, via text message, that the 10 foot truck that I reserved the night prior, was not available at my selected (convenient) location and that I had to travel 31 minuets out of my way to get the reserved 10 foot truck in south Philadelphia. I called the selected location in Clifton Heights, PA. and was told that the truck left this morning, and would not be back. "this happens!" I then called the south Philadelphia location where my reservation magically changed to, and was told "I had a decision to make, if I was going to accept the change and pay for the additional mileage, or cancel the reservation"! I called the 800 number and spoke with a Karen, who was very helpful, and she directed me and then changed my reservation to a Cargo Van for pick up in Collingdale, Pa. I went to that location and saw the vehicle outside the office, but no one was there to open the office or direct me otherwise. I attempted numerous time to call that office's number but no one answered? I then called the 800 number again and another friendly agent kept me on the phone for 15 minuets to try and help and get a general manager to get it straight. I was then redirected again to a 4th location now in Folcroft, PA, to finally pick up the cargo van! From there It went great!
