My car broke down in Kearney Nebraska and couldn't get parts and fixed till next Friday. ON a Sunday, not many places are open. Calling around to U-haul places that were open in Kearney, Grand Island, Hastings, and your reservations, I was able to reserve a trailer and a truck if needed. Talking to Delania, Rose, and Amber to name a few was a blessing. Your customer service and professionalism with all your employees is exemplary. They all were so amazing. Picked up a trailer in Hastings at Kirsiners Auto corner and I was able to haul my car home back to Wichita, Kansas. Please give all the people I dealt with a big atta boy and a raise. They were amazing. Thank you so much!!!!

Jeremias GI was running late and used mobile pickup, so I can't really comment on the service at the location. However, the Uhaul tech that helped me edit my order to mobile pickup from in-person was excellent.

STEVEN NTruck was good. Pickup location worked well with us to more pickup time up 2 hours since we were ready early (so we dropped off way earlier also).
