They didn’t have the vehicle ready at my pickup time, but arranged one only after I mentioned it was a guaranteed booking. I returned the vehicle in less than 3 hours, as per my agreement, but they left the booking open for 3 days. I had to follow up with U-Haul multiple times to get it closed. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re willing to settle for a poor experience.

JASPAL OWhen I got to the location and did my self-check in, the website told me to go inside to grab the key to my reserved van as they do not have a lockbox at this location. However, when I went into the vape shop, their associate told me to wait - I ended up waiting for 40 minutes. When I asked why I was not able to complete my reservation by grabbing the key, the associate said his manager was not able to find my reservation in their system. When I tried to speak to his manager, the manager (on speaker phone) told me to wait patiently or call U-haul myself. I decided to call U-haul and both representatives on the phone asked why I was not getting my key and I explained the situation to them. The second U-Haul rep then stepped in and spoke to the store rep forcing him to give me the key to my van, which he was reluctant to do so. I ended up getting my van 40 minutes late but was promised a $10 discount by the U-Haul rep on the phone call. When I got the van, it was not only dirty on the outside, but the inside was also not very clean, the gas level was at 1 bar, and there was a check engine light on the van.
LUE-YIH SThe owner of this location was amazing, however my experience with U-Haul as a company was terrible. My vehicle had a breakdown and I waited 2 hours in 30 degree weather for someone to fix it. The times I was quoted to wait we're never correct, the repair worker called me and made a completely inappropriate request, and all the staff I spoke to on the phone were sympathetic but completely unhelpful. I honestly don't know that I'll ever order a U-Haul again due to this experience.
